UK Concerts
English Heritage Christmas concerts:
Following a hiatus since the pandemic, the Choir was pleased to return to Audley End House in December 2024 to sing carol concerts in the Great Hall, with four concerts over two days. These concerts were extremely popular, and were a lovely way for the choir to round off a busy term, and for the audience to start their Christmas season with some traditional carols and familiar favourites.
We hope to return in 2025!
Past concerts (2021/22):
In the 2021/22 academic year, the choir regularly sang concerts at The Royal Military Chapel (The Guards' Chapel) with the State Ceremonial Musicians of the Household Division. As well as a recording with the Band of the Scots Guards, the choir performed in two concerts:
- November 2021, performance of the Cenotaph Requiem. More details are available here, along with a montage of images from the concert.
- March 2022, performance of Earth Dance at a concert in celebration of the Queen's Green Canopy.
