If you declared in your UCAS application that the UK government has granted you refugee status or humanitarian protections within the UK, please upload a document confirming this by 4 November. Your document will normally be an official letter confirming your status or a copy of your visa permit.
Please save your document as a pdf file with the file name in this specific format:
4 - Subject - FAMILY NAME First name - Refugee document - UCAS Personal ID (with no dashes)
Here's a fictional example: for the fictional Asha Silva applying for Natural Sciences (Biological) with UCAS Personal ID 1566276477, the file name would be
4 - Natural Sciences (Biological) - SILVA Asha - Refugee document - 1937276291
Note that there is a space before and after each hyphen and there is a number at the beginning.
